About Inkmaker

Inkmaker is an Italian company known all round the world as dispensing systems supplier, used in different applications: printing inks, offset / uv inks, industrial paints, decorative paint, coil coatings, car refinishing, marine / aeronautical coating, wood coating, cosmetics, chemical…. The company was founded to respond to the increasing demand of automation in the tinting dispensing processes. Today, thanks to our in house R&D and software department, we are able to answer to the various exigencies of our customers.

Having the same private ownership since 1987, Inkmaker is growing day by day and it has now a worldwide presence thanks to exclusive collaborations with European, North American, South American and Asian companies.

The dispensing systems are produced in San Gillio/I, a suburb of Torino and in three daughter companies created successively to improve the market coverage - in Brazil, China and Malaysia. Most of the production is carried out in Italy and Shanghai. The individual companies always produce the complete units while Research, Development and Software programs are concentrated in the Italian headquarters.

Inkmaker is the world market leader because they cover, through an international network. Today Inkmaker has over 30% of the world market share and the remaining part is divided between approx ten competitors which mainly cover the local markets.

Over 1.400 installations are a guarantee of the quality and the efficiency of the Inkmaker stations that are constantly updated by a dynamic and qualified team who develops in-house every projects and providing state-of-the art solutions ranging from small compact units to the most complex industrial systems.

THE TECHNOLOGY. The Inkmaker series of dispensing heads, employ unique technology to assure the maximum benefits to the users such as :

Flexibility: one single head or multi head system can handle a maximum of 96 products both water and solvent based. Customized solution that allows dispensing in containers of any size. Each products is dispensed through High Precision Multistage dispensing valves, available in various size depending on the quantity to be produced.

Simplicity: thanks to the simple and innovative design, all the elements of the head are easily accessible for operations of cleaning and maintenance.

JUST IN TIME. Whatever color you require our dispensing system is able to produce within a few moments time. With Inkmaker's dispensing station, you do not need to worry about holding stocks anymore. All you need to do is just to dispense the required color and the quantity into the system whenever you need it. You do not need to plan your stock in advance. There will be no more excuses such as out of stock or late delivery of stock.

BE MORE FLEXIBLE ON COLORS DEMAND. With our fully automatic All In One system (AIO) able to prepare and control the quality, consumption, stock and prices of your clear and pastel bases linked to our dispensing stations  able to dispense a range of colors based on the given formulas, the full process of colour preparation is totally fully automatic and under control. With this capability, your demands for color will be more flexible. Now you do not need to worry about the small quantity of color, which your supplier would not be able to supply to you. You do not need to ask you customer to change to the nearest color. 

RATIONALISE STOCK. The problems with stock control and monitoring of stock will always prevail because of the mega vast range of color existent. Inkmaker's dispensing system will be able to rationalize your stock and you do not need to keep such a wide range of colors. With our dispensing system all you need to stock is the base colors and this will enable you to cut down much on your color stock. With our system available, it is like you have the whole range of color in your plant.

HIGHER CONSISTENCY AND REPRODUCIBILTY. As our dispensing system is fully computerize, you will have higher accuracy and consistency end product. The balance of your colors can be reproduced to your new desire colors too with having to keep and wonders what to do with it.
